Signposting for cyclists along the ViaRhôna route

According to the different areas you travel through, you will encounter different kinds of signposting, but all carry the ViaRhôna logo.

Find out, in detail, the sections where signposting is in place at the bottom of this page. Along the route, you’ll encounter the following official panels:

  • Switzerland to France :Geneva to Chancy
  • Haute-Savoie : Saint-Gingolph to Chens sur Léman  and Chancy to Seyssel (except for the signposting in the city centers of Seyssel and Valleiry)
  • Savoie : Serrières en Chautagne to Chanaz and La Balme to Champagnieu
  • Ain : Chanaz to Virignin / Champagnieu to Groslée / from Villebois dam to Pont de Lagnieu
  • Isère : Groslée bridge to Villebois dam (through Morestel) / Saint Pierre-de-Boeuf to Saint-Rambert-d'Albon
  • Rhône : Jons to the Parc de la Feyssine (trough le Grand Parc Miribel Jonage) and Loire-sur-Rhône to Condrieu
  • Loire : Condrieu to Saint-Pierre-de-Boeuf
  • Drôme : Realised
  • Ardèche : Realised
  • Vaucluse : La Faine to the north of Pont-Saint-Esprit (through Lapalud)
  • Bouches-du-Rhône : Van Gogh bridge (south of Arles) to Ecluse Rhône at Fos
