ViaRhôna, un itinéraire connecté à d'autres itinéraires

ViaRhôna is connected with several other cycling routes, allowing for additional combinations or excursions.

Here are the main connecting routes from North to South:

  • In Switzerland: Continue the route to the source of the Rhône and book your stay offers here.

  • At Culoz or Chanaz: Possibility to reach Lake Bourget and then Chambéry, where you can follow La Belle Via to Valence here.

  • In Ardèche: La Dolce Via allows for a loop starting from Tournon-sur-Rhône to Le Cheylard (by train) and then returning here.

  • At La Voulte-sur-Rhône: You can continue on the green way  La Payre to Privas or Saint-Agrève here.

  • At Le Pouzin: Continue on the Vélodrome towards Saillans here.

  • At Annonay: You can take the ViaFluvia to reach Yssingeaux or Le Puy-en-Velay here.

  • At Caderousse: Possibility to take the Via Venaissia, a true link between ViaRhôna and La Méditerranée à vélo (Robion) here.

  • Between Sète and Beaucaire: The route is shared with La Méditerranée à vélo here.

  • At Beaucaire: Follow the longest Greenway in Gard for 31 km to visit the majestic Pont du Gard here.

  • At Sète: At the end of ViaRhôna, it is possible to continue the adventure on Le Canal des 2 Mers à Vélo to the Atlantic or on La Méditerranée à vélo towards Perpignan here.
